Sunday. As you mentioned, it is the inland areas that will suffer the worst. Given you a look at what we expect before the weekend. A heat watch will be in place over areas of the central valley. For us, closer to the bay, we look at an excessive heat watch. That is a heads up. You can experience illness from that type of heat. You want to avoid the outdoors during the afternoon hours.
