Shannon also says the city never gave proper notice to the neighbors and never held community meetings. This year we have an abundance of water because of the occurrences earlier in the year, so were in good shape. Reporter and water managers say the public is continuing to conserve, and combined with robust rain and snowfall last winter, were in good shape for now.
