Ania Figueroa, the new director of language services for Wheeling Township District 21, says the district is looking to strengthen its programming offered to students who qualify for language services.
The windows were removed from the Bedford Furniture Galleries building on 15th Street last September after the furniture store closed following the death of its longtime owner, David Jacobs.
