A Palm Beach oceanfront house purchased for about $17 million a decade ago by the late Massachusetts investments executive Sean M. Healey has sold for $35.43 million, according to a listing updated Thursday in the multiple listing service.
The reported price exceeds the $35 million asking price that was advertised in the Palm Beach Board of Realtors MLS.
