He has a remarkable record of teaching and scholarship on the political and social history of the United States in the 20th century. Before arriving at kentucky, he taught at morris hill and union colleges. Since hes been in kentucky, hes been recognized not only for his scholarship but especially for his skill as a classroom teacher.
