In view of the Aam Admi Party (AAP) s announcement to protest and en-circle Prime Minister s residence against the arrest of Delhi Chief Minister Arvid Kejriwal, the Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory for commuters to avoid roads leading to Tughlak Road, Safdarjung Road, and Kemal Ataturk Marg.
