This was a mugshot released by the Sheriffs Office before the newscast began. Cruz faces 17 counts of premeditated murder. A Law Enforcement official says the gun used by the shooter was an ar15style rifle and was apparently purchased legally by the suspect. At least 17 people were killed in the shooting.
