Here, not too far away from where i am, chris, the Palestinian Authority president , Mahmoud Abbas was just speaking condemning obviously the violence thats happened today saying that he is calling for three days of natural mourning among the palestinians and calling for a major nationwide strike to take place tomorrow across the west bank and the gaza strip. We know we are still half way through these three days of what are expected to be very tense and violent days including tomorrow. Contrast that to what you saw today where you are in jerusalem. He will sign it for several reasons. What hes saying privately match matches with what hes been saying publicly, that he doesnt like it, he realizes he didnt get what he wanted at all but that he is going to blame congress for not doing its job and he is also going to keep the fight going. He is going to keep the political fight. He has been working with the administration on finding pots of money.
