Here, not too far away from where i am, chris, the Palestinian Authority president , Mahmoud Abbas was just speaking condemning obviously the violence thats happened today saying that he is calling for three days of natural mourning among the palestinians and calling for a major nationwide strike to take place tomorrow across the west bank and the gaza strip. We know we are still half way through these three days of what are expected to be very tense and violent days including tomorrow. Contrast that to what you saw today where you are in jerusalem. Reporter today it was actually very peaceful day here in jerusalem. A very festive atmosphere. No doubt israel has bent over backwards to put forward a very celebratory face to the american delegation that was here celebrating this as they see it as a historic event but there were protests outside of the american embassy. The new american embassy, not large in numbers, significant in the sense they were members of the jewish diaspora. Part of a coalition of jewish organizations who oppose israels occupation of the palestinian territory. So they were here at least to send a symbolic message that what is happening at the new embassy is not something condoned, supported by jews around the world. And, matt, today marks the bloodiest single day of this campaign of demonstrations thats been going on for several weeks now. Any sense of any, i guess, settlement insight, end of this in sight . Reporter chris, not only the bloodiest single day in the almost seven weeks of protests going on being led by this great march of return group, this was the bloodiest single day since 2014 when israelis launched a weeks long bombardment of this small enclave of palestinians. As far as a resolution, eamon mentioned, tomorrow well see more protests. Whats called the nakba day, or catastrophe. Those in the gaza strip, west bank and throughout the work mark the an verse niversary of state of israel. This is the 70th anniversary coming right after the United States decided to open its new embassy in jerusalem. The thereby kind of leapfrogging ahead of negotiations going on for decades. Kind of expecting hamas and other organizations here to try to decide what theyll be doing in terms of calling out protesters for the following day of protests. Given that hamas called out, called all of its people back from the border at 6 00 today, and seemed to bring todays events to a somewhat earlier than expected resolution, we arent entirely sure what to expect tomorrow but know there could be more protests, violence and indeed more death. As we talk about more protests, is it any surprise to people in that part of the world now these protests have spread in this case obviously to turkey . Reporter it really does not come as a surprise. A few months ago in this a few months ago in december, i think when the decision was initially made, people were expecting there to be largescale protests across arab capitals and that certainly didnt materialize. Not on the scale people were expecting. But given what were seeing today, over the past three days, the decision obviously to have the Embassy Opening on a very sensitive time. Just between jerusalem they had a controversial day for palestinians, one they describe as being very provocative and on the nakba day, catastrophe day comes tomorrow, significant commemorating mass exodus of Palestinian Refugees when the state of israel was created and you understand why there is a largescale sent money sympathetic whats happening in gaza. Its not a surprise were seeing the protests that erupted in istanbul. It is a somewhat surprise other arab capitals including cairo havent shown largescale demonstrations but heard from the u. S. Government theyve added dozens of marines to american famplts facilities, e in turk jordan and israel. Gives you a sense the United States government is anticipating largescale protests perhaps a security threat. For now, as we understand it from our own reporting, that the pentagon has deployed additional marines to those embassies. Eamon mohyeldin, matt bradley, well be i know youll be standing by for us, and as information comes in we will go back to you. I want to bring in now, though, martin indyk, former ambassador to israel, currently Vice President of the brookings institution, and White House Correspondent for the Washington Post, staff writer with the atlantic. Ambassador, start with you and your reaction to what youre seeing unfold right now . That splitscreen image you described and viewers are seeing i think tells it all. The conveyed nonpeace between israelis and palestinians if its a zero sum game. Israel irs ais are celebrating palestinians dieing. Thats what we face at the moment. All the happy talk about this somehow advancing the Peace Process is ludicrous. And we famously remember, the president , when he said this wasnt going to be middle east peace middle east peace wasnt going to be as difficult as many thought it was going to be. At the white house, is there anything here thats unexpected . Or is this a case where perhaps the president knew what was coming and decided it was worth the gamble . What are you hearing . Reporter chris, its really a little bit of both of those things. The white house certainly knew that there would be backlash from their decision, first announced, as you remember, back in december, to unilaterally declare jerusalem and israels capital and move the u. S. Embassy there. They did not anticipate the strength of that backlash. The palestinians boycotted all meetings with highlevel officials ever since. You cannot have a Peace Process or any meaningful advance on that front so long as the palestinians not only are not at the negotiating table with israel, but not even talking to the United States. The strength and length of that backlash was really something that the administration underestimated, and certainly todays violence is on an order that the white house was not expecting either. I mean, more than 50 dead. Really, an absolute unleashing of violence and rage in gaza. This is not conducive in any way to the Jared Kushnerled peace effort. And we have yet to really hear very much from the white house about what they would like to see done by israel or by others to address the crisis in gaza. And we have a situation literally simultaneously as we showed those two things on one hand, you have a deadly violence and on the other you see the kushners standing, smiling, steve mnuchin, ambassador, standing and smiling. A pretty stunning split screen, if you will, about the two different ways in which this is viewed. What does this mean for the middle east Peace Process . Is there a middle east Peace Process . Reporter well, right now there isnt. Right now you have a an expressed willingness on the part of israel to come to the table under circumstance circumstances, and you had until december a similar expressed willingness on the palestinians side. We dont really know where that stands now, and you have standing between them donald trump saying he would like to meet, to make the ultimate deal and it really shouldnt be as difficult as it has been for for more than 40 years, since the Israeli Occupation of the west bank and jerusalem, parts of jerusalem. So he really sees it as a real estate transaction, as a way theres a limited amount of land there to two competing claims to the land. Ought to be able to work it out. Hes not necessarily wrong on that. The bounds of a deal as ambassador indyk knows well have been at least, you know, present, visible for many years. But there has not been political will on either side. Israeli or palestinian, to actually make the compromises required to make any kind of a real estate transaction stick, and trump so far hasnt imposed his own will to try to get israel to make some concessions that might bring the palestinians back to the table. For example. Or to make some other guarantee to the palestinians on his own that might break the current impasse. Jared kushner was very open about the politics of all of this today. I want to play just a little bit of what he had to say. As we have seen from the protests of the last month and even today, those provoking violence are part of the problem and not part of the solution. The United States is prepared to support a Peace Agreement in every way that we can. We believe that it is possible for both sides to gain more than they give. So ambassador, President Trump fulfill as Campaign Promise but what are the wider implications here . Well, just to comment on that, hamas is definitely a pro provocateur here, but they could have picked any day to do it and the way theyve done it, they, too, are provoking, and the violence is in part because of whats happening today. So the notion that somehow this is helping, that they are helping to advance the Peace Process by recognizing ready, eready, reality, even though they are recognizing reality is flying in the face of a different reality. The palestinians have left the table, and theres no way in which donald trump and Jared Kushner are going to be able to bring them back, except if they were to acknowledge that the palestinians also aspire to have their capital in east jerusalem. And they have gone out of their way to avoid anything that suggests that the palestinians have anything to hope for in jerusalem. In fact, the president himself has said repeatedly that hes taken jerusalem off the table. Which sends the signal to the palestinians that theres nothing there for them. And that combined with the violence creates an environment where the arabs that Jared Kushner has been cultivating to try to bring them to the table and get them to provide political cover for the palestinians, they dont want to go anywhere near this now. So i think fracture advancing the Peace Process, they have actually set it back. As if all of this wasnt enough. As you know, they invited pastor Robert Jeffress to give the prayer at the ceremony. He is known for his comments against other religions outside of what he considers to be outside of christianity, including mormonism, and had some choice things to say about islam. Prompting mitt romney, obviously a prominent mormon to tweet yesterday, Robert Jeffress says you cant be saved by being a jew and mormonism is heresy from the pit of hell. He said the same about islam. Such a religious bigot should not be giving the prayer that opens the United States embassy in jerusalem. Look, you cover mitt romney. His response is no surprise, but why would the white house, in the middle of what they already know is controversial, choose someone controversial . Yes, thats a great question. I think that bringing this controversial baptist preacher to the opens of the embassy, given the things he said in particular about jews but other religious denomen arngss as well, illustrates the degree to which this is a political move aimed at pleasing the evangelicals in Donald Trumps base as much as it is a geopolitical move or a Foreign Policy move. I mean, this is something trump explicitly promised he would do and something frankly ive heard from many conservative evangelicals during the campaign and since they would cite at a reason they were willing to vote for a man who frankly has not upheld christian mores standards. Look, i dont like the way hes conducted his personal life but will give us our jumps and other things including moving the embassy to jerusalem. Dont they have to separate that and people can have their own opinions about it, from a person who has said the things that this past hear said . We should also say after mitt romney tweeted saying he was a religious bigot, we called, nbc called the pastor, and i want to play just a little of what he told our von hilliard. Im not a religious bigot. My comments were pulled out of context. So he says that he was taken out of context there. Having said go ahead. Well, i mean, ive looked at the context of the things he said. I think it is a fair defense and ive seen him make this defense in other places, that his particular religious beliefs mean that other religious denominations are less true than his. Why hes an evangelical christian. Thats fine. But its also true he has not only played the role of a preacher, he has elevated himself to be one of the most politically outspoken, and i would sea partisan figures, in evangelical christianity. He is on fox news constantly defending the president. Constantly attacking the president s critics. He is as much a political figure as a religious figure and the things hes said in the past should theyre worth examining when you invite him to a situation like this to play the role hes playing representing the United States at the opening of a u. S. Embassy in jerusalemjerusalem. Thank you so much. First chance for reporters to ask questions since Sarah Sanders dressed down the immediamedia for questioning. Where is the public apology that a white house aide promised to Meghan Mccain . Shes still waiting for kelly sadler to keep her word she would make a Public Statement for her insensitive remarks about senator john mccain. Mccain says she did apologize on the phone. Had i had a conversation with kelly i asked her to publicly apologize. She said would. I have not spoken to her since and i assume it will never come. Heres mccain on the view talking about her family. Talking about my father and my family and i had a very long weekend and i have six brothers and sisters and five nieces and nephews. A really big family and emphasize i have a really big family involved in all this. My take on all this i said everything i had to say friday and to abcs Tara Palmieri on sunday people have to answer for their own conscience. And the white house has had absolutely no apology, but i understand that Sarah Sanders was indeed very angry, but about the leak. Not about what was said. Thats right, chris. Look, it appears white house officials think by framing this as a leak problem, theyre taking some attention away from the crude comment problem. Although by drawing attention to the fact the press shop is apparently leaking like a sieve doesnt reflect too well on the white house either, but there is, i think, one reason why this apology has been slow in coming and may not ever arrive at all. One person whos familiar with the deliberations happening here at the white house says without officials are all too aware of the fact President Trump himself has said things, disparaging about john mccain we can say might be degrees worse than what kelly sadler said. To punish sadler, make her make a public mea culpa could create a problematic internal precedent. Maybe problematic internally but on capitol hill a problem, too, because john mccain is extraordinarily respected for not just the time obviously that he served as a prisoner of war and the fact hes a vietnam war hero of the era, has dedicated 60 years of his life roughly to Public Service . Right. Were hearing from lawmakers reflecting that very fact. A tweet from dan sullivan, republican from alaska still serves in the Marine Corps Reserve unit and you can see the tweet there. The white house official who offed an insult, show respect and apologize. Add to that the Public Comments lindsey graham, republican senator from South Carolina you know is a close friend of senator mccains and a friend of President Trump. Look what he had to say about this yesterday. Should the president himself apologize . Ill leave that up to him, but if something happened like that in my office, somebody in my office said such a thing about somebody, i would apologize on behalf of the office. So again, the way the white house has chosen to handle this story, more to the point, not handle it, not owning up to the comment or apologizing for it is why here on a monday afternoon were talking about a story that broke thursday evening. Chris . Thats the thing, e. J. Ask you to explain the inexplicable. That you come out with a statement. You say, i shouldnt have said that. I did not certainly mean to hurt senator mccain or any member of his family, and i apologize. It was not the right thing to do. Even though maybe i meant it in jest. Whatever you say, you get it out of the way. You end it. Whats going on here . Well, i think that first of all, youre right. A lot of times stories can disappear if people just say i made a mistake. Most of us understand that everybody makes mistakes sometimes. Weve all said things we wouldnt want to be on television. Say that. Okay . Right . Yes. And i think that this shows something about the culture of the Trump White House that has nothing to do with politics, liberal, conservative republican or democrat. That there has been a kind of indecency thats been permitted, partly from Donald Trumps own comments about john mccain and working in the Trump White House seems to mean never having to say youre sorry, to quote a very, very old novel. And i think that the way in which they are now trying to blame this on leaking only compounds the problem, because the leaks happen for a reason. Jonathan swan, had a great piece let me read from that, because i have it here. It quotes the white House Strategic communications, or talks about the staff after the story broke. At one point per a source in the room white House StrategicCommunications DirectorMercedes Schlapp interjected with a word of support for sadler. You can put this on the record. I stand with kelly sadler. Obviously, trying to make the point that someone leaked this to do damage. Thats not how an Effective Team operates, but then her husband, conservative added to the controversy saying this kelly is my friend and i feel bad shes going through this. She showed character to immediately call to apologize but also a little bit of a victim here. I dont blame anybody like you, chris, for running with leaks out of the white house. Its your job. Trying to get transparency to voters and to americans. The problem is, none of us were in that room and the people who leaked what she said are clearly people who have an animus against her. You know, Meghan Mccain talk and the very members of her family affected by this. Is kelly sadler in fact a victim here . You know, that was an astounding thing when i laddhea it. Right attacking the left for victimology all of these years and i want to try that some day that i make a terrible mistake, do a terrible thing and then im going to declare myself a victim . I dont think that works at all. Maybe youre a victim of your own brain in that case . Right. Or lack of conscience or sensitivity or bake humanity. Amen. You know as you said, chris, john mccain has had this extraordinary career in Public Service, but no matter what youre views are of john mccain, somebody is dieing. If our hearts dont go out to somebody who is in john mccains situation, i dont know where our heart is. And i know what happened here do you think, e. J. , because i believe Meghan Mccain 100 when she says she was promised an apapology. When that apology doesnt come, because she said it to get her off the phone . Somebody at the white house said, no, you dont apologize for this . I mean, why do you say to meghan mana mccain im going to issue a public apology and dont do it . A. , goes to the white house never apologizes and the point made by our colleague earlier. Donald trump said pretty terrible things about john mccain and i guess she was at some level reflecting of a view in the white house of john mccain and they dont want to relitigate everything trump said. I still think an apology is better than the alternatives. Dont tell Meghan Mccain youre going to apologize publicly if youre not. Good to see you. Always good to see you. Thank you. Thank you as well. Well, the pitch is simple. You need to hire me. New reporting on how the president s personal attorney tried to land big corporate clients as an expert on all things trump. Despite claims last week cohen was no longer part of the president s legal team, giuliani told politico on friday he wasnt sure when or even if cohen had stopped working. As far as we know hes not. The wall street journal also reports cohen told at least one lobbying firm he could call the boss at any time. A pitch that apparently helped him notch consulting deals with many bignamed Companies Like at t. Giuliani told nbc news the president had no yt cohen was touting his personal relationship in business deals and cohen has never lobbied donald trump. Now giuliani in a major aboutface says the president actually had nothing to do with the Justice Departments decision to block and at t time warner merger. Political reporter for the New York Times joins me along with former u. S. Attorney and professor of law at the university of alabama and msnbc contributor. So the contradictions just keep piling up, joyce, including no clarity whether Michael Cohen worked for the president. That wouldnt be difficult to ascertain one way or another, but when you hear and see all of these conflicts statements in a league sense, does it really matter . Rudy giuliani is certainly running a very Effective Campaign to confuse the public. Its like watching a pingpong match. I dont know what its doing for the president s Legal Defense. Obviously, the president s not adopted his statements formally. So hes not perhaps accountable for them in the court of law sense, but this constant confusion either reflects the fact giuliani simply doesnt really know whats going on or that theres some effort going on here to dissemble and keep the public watching the pingpong match rather than focus on the issues that really count. In fact, the Washington Post said trump is griping he needs more tv lawyers. If thats the case, certainly giuliani has been first and foremost among them. Whether or not hes contradictory or says things that he late hear to dig the president out of. As long as hes defending proceed, is he probably safer . I think so to a point. If he gets too he likes people on tv defending him but not when theyre the story in and of themselves and overshadow him even if not a positive story these lawyers or surrogates are at the center of. Rudy giuliani is starting to test that and weve heard from some sources that President Trump is becoming, if not unhappy with at least slightly dissatisfied with Rudy Giulianis media appearances and his representation of trump. That said, i kind of agree with joyce to the extent that it doesnt really have a whole lot of bearing on trump and on his Legal Defense and some of these cases because it seems like giuliani is just out there spitballing, not necessarily with the great command of the facts and in a way that would have bearing on any defense President Trump or his actual lawyers would put forward in any kind of legal proceeding. At least initially he wasnt just brought on i suppose as a tv lawyer. Also to negotiate whether or not there would be an interview and certainly talked about that. Joyce, he told the Associated Press that any interview trump might do with the special counsel is now likely to be delayed at least until after june 12th when the summit is happening with north korea. He doesnt want trump to have to deal with any kind of distraction. Does it matter to mueller if its delayed or, i mean, if, again it happens at all . I suspect it doesnt matter to the mueller team at all. In fact, there may be some benefit for them in having an interview if one takes place with the president later. Rather than sooner. Although the news reports indicate that muellers team has always been five steps ahead of the public, and theyve been looking at these issues that are very narrowly focused on whether the campaign knew in advance of the election that russia was engaging in interference. Those details still are being flushed out to some extent, and so for mueller, a couple of weeks of additional investigative time before he speaks to the president could pay dividends. At the end, though, this is not Rudy Giulianis decision to make. Whether or not there will be an interview will largely be determined by the prosecution and not by ill say the defense for lack of a better term here. Meantime, back to Michael Cohen. The wall street journal, ken, doing more reporting on his approach to various companies and lobbying firms and say, mr. Cohens pitch was blunt. He would tell perspective clients he didnt know who was advising them, but that the company should fire them all. I have the best relationship with the president on the outside, and you need to hire me mr. Cohen told them. What does that tell you . It tells me hes trying to capitalize as a moment when there is a lot of searching going on within the sort of influence industry as we euphemistically call k street and lobbying firms for folks who have ties to the president , who came into office for all of his rhetoric draining the swamp and the like, whether thats actually manifesting itself in reality is in fact true he did not have these kind of longstanding ties to establishment lobbying firms and power players of the sort who typically swoop in in a new administration and sign big contracts. A lot of these Large Companies both lobbying firms and major fortune 500 corporations were on the lookout for folks who could deliver that access to the president or insight into his thinking on specific matters. Michael cohen framed his pitch kind of right in that sense, but it was a little bit too blatant and sort of shameless even for the standards of k street the degree he was promising to use his access and we find out now a lot of clients he did sign didnt really like, didnt feel they were getting a good return on investment. Felt he wasnt really delivering on his promise. The shamelessness got him at least 4 million plus and well figure later where that money went. Joyce, look at the calendar a second. What . Three days from now, the oneyear mark of the bob mueller probe. I think its worth reminding folks, there have been indictments or guilty pleas involving 19 people, 3 companies, soliciting interviews with most of the president s closest aides and outside associates. Chris ruddy, a trump friend and chief executive news max quoted saying, this has moved at lightning speed. The number of indictments and other moves is amazing. I think it will come to a head quicker than other investigations. As we all know, the president wanted this over yesterday. His Vice President jumped onboard with that last week. But is he right . Is it moving quickly and could it be over fast . Mr. Ruddy is right on one count, i suspect wrong on another. This investigation has made far more quickly than any public Corruption Case ive ever been involved in or observed. These cases are slow moving. It take as long time for the fbi to do a lot of the leg work involved. It takes a lot of time to gather and review financial records. The fact mueller in his first year has already indicted and obtained guilty pleas is pretty remarkable and tells you there really is a lot of fire beneath all of the smoke. That doesnt necessarily equate to an investigation that wraps up quickly. This is a complex conspiracy, and what the American People deserve from the Justice Department and prosecutors are not quick and complete answers. The American People deserve a full investigation that unearths all of the misconduct or wrongdoing going on or that perhaps concludes there wasnt any criminal misconduct. It doesnt really matter what the conclusion is. What matters is that the process be thorough, that it be complete, that it have integrity so when mueller completes his work we will have confidence in indictments and prosecutions that are brought. Confidence in whatever report goes up on the hill and also confidence in places where mueller might choose not to indict people or to determine criminal conduct didnt occur. You cant get quick justice. You want complete justice. Thank you to you both. Meantime, President Trumps tweeting caused another mess for his administration and if you believe republican marco rubio, it could hurt u. S. National security. In the controversial tweet and policy aboutface, trump sushgted he now wants to save jobs at a giant Chinese Telecom company on the brink of collapse after the administration punished it last month for breaking american sanctions. Heres the tweet. President xis china and i are working together to give massive chinese phone company zte a way to get back into business fast. Too many jobs in china lost. Kmert department instructed to get it done. Pring in likely crowley, Senior Foreign Affairs correspondent for politico. The same company head of the fbi and other intelligence chiefs in congressional testimony this year told american citizens to steer clear of. The same company that Law Enforcement and intelligence officials warned for years that their products could be used for Cyber Espionage in the United States. Whats going on here . Great question. So much thats strange about this tweet. Number one as you say, the president doesnt acknowledge the serious concerns that National Security officials have had for a long time about this company. Not only the fact that the company is found to have violated u. S. Sanctions against iran and north korea, also that the Company Might be sort of an arm of chinese intelligence. Committing de facto espionage against the United States. Number two the president is undercutting his negotiators who have been in very intense talks with the chinese about trying to overt this potential trade war with tariffs on both sides and this was kind of a bargaining chip on the u. S. Side. U. S. Exerting leverage through this action the president is threatening to reverse and three, a curious the political tone of it is curious. Why is the president of the United States and particularly one who has railed against the loss of jobs to china presenting himself as a defender of jobs in china . Who is getting excited about that . Its really hard to understand. Yes. The way marco rubio says it and we, again, you know, in 2012 after nearly a yearlong investigation, the House Intelligence Committee report finds exactly what you said. That the companies are essentially arms of the chinese government, could be used to spy on american citizens. So rubio says trump is backing down. But, again, the question is, to what end . And is there Anything Congress can do about it . Look, you never know what this president first of all, his tweet, something he gave more than 30 seconds thought . Was it strategic, impulsive . Is he really backing down, and will it be walked back as weve seen other decorations on twitter have that done to them before . I dont think we know the answer. This points to a much wider problem with our relationship with china and this Administration Much more than the ones before said Chinese Technology presents a National Security threat to the United States. And there may be some painful economic consequences to actions were going to take to do something about that. I think the obama administration, for instance, was looking for compromised cooperations, talking quietly behind the scenes. The Trump Administration to say, hell no. Were not going to let you get away with this. That has clearly been the tone recently. But now the question is whether the president is thinking twice about this and reversing that approach. Again, we dont know how much stock to put into a tweet. Its going to be interesting to watch the followup and also, yes, what is the role of congress here . And how much action are they actually going to take . Pressure will they put on the white house . We shall see. Good to see you. Thanks for having me. It is a big Electronic Health record or Digital Health system which is sort of the basis for all of the medical work that gets done in any system, and in particular in the military, the va, where they are trying to bring them together in a single system. The military one started being implemented in nfebruary of las year. And then shortly afterwards with kushners support, the va decided to use the same system. A lot of the discussion at the time presented this as if the military had already installed their system. But in fact, they were just Getting Started and were now seeing slowly weve been getting information from doctors out there and clinicians and information specialists that its just having big problems and this report that came out confirms that in a big way. Yeah. It describes technical glitches. It describes poor training. When you hear this was in the first paragraph of your story that got my attention was that there were people who said they couldnt work anymore because they were afraid of what the consequences would be. What else do we need to know about this pentagon report. Well, its just that this whole project is going to end up costing around 20 billion. Its been described to me by people who were kind of throwing their hands in the air about it that it is just too big to fail. They needed a massive overhaul of the militarys system. There was some debate about who should get the contract. But either way, these kind of projects often run into a lot of problems. This one has just been ive talked to doctors out there who were literally just trying on the phone when they spoke with me because theyre so distressed about they dont have the system is so messed up, they just cant see as many patients as they should. People are being sent away to other hospitals or other clinics. Hopefully it is going to get better. The people we talked to the military friday, the official version we got was that its slowly improving and hopefully thats true. Well, if there are doctors crying on the phone, i dont know how it could get much worse, dr. Natalie. He does rightly say that there are problems like this whenever you automate, whether it is a hospital or any other business. At home it can be confusing, things can go wrong. But youve read this report and when you hear about doctors literally on the phone, brought to tears whats your thought . Well, look. I think if you ask most doctors or i. T. Specialists about Electronic Medical records, theyre going to say they have a love hate relationship with them. Right . Philosophically theyre supposed to it be a very good thing, an adaptive and Efficient Health care system thats going to rein in costs and improve health care. But there is significant costs and challenges to implementing it and its utilization as we have seen. Now is there a scale of problems that you have something is too slow as opposed to medical errors. I think what would be most interesting about this is, how has this rollout compared to experiences with other hospital systems. If you go back to 2009, i think only 12 of Health Care Practices had med Electronic Medical records. That number is significantly more now. It takes months and even years to get the kinks out but once it is running efficiently we hope in the short term it improves care and certainly if the long term, Big Public Health initiatives could be achieved with an Electronic Medical record.
