16:30 | Lima, Dec. 21. The Congressional Subcommittee on Constitutional Accusations approved a constitutional accusation against former Supreme Judge Cesar Hinostroza and ex-members of the deactivated National Council of the Magistracy (CNM).
The conclusions of the final report recommended that Hinostroza be charged with the alleged commission of the crimes of criminal organization, illegal sponsorship, specific passive bribery, specific active bribery, and influence peddling.
Former CNM members Guido Aguila and Orlando Velasquez are accused of having allegedly committed the crime of criminal organization.
In the case of Sergio Noguera, another ex-member, the constitutional accusation was for having allegedly committed the crimes of criminal organization and specific passive bribery.
