Mental health charity Mind HK is offering a free Emotional Wellbeing Check-in service in Hong Kong to help people who may otherwise not have access to support understand their care needs.
A Singaporean’s stressful job brought on panic attacks, leaving her short of breath and with a pounding heart. She tells her story, with expert tips on how to manage attacks and related anxiety.
Anxiety causes restlessness, fatigue, muscle tension and irritability, while panic attacks cause shaking / trembling, chest pain, flashes of feeling hot or cold and a sense of detachment, from the self, the world, and loss of control.
