As temperatures continue to drop in south Louisiana, many remain without power and might not see restoration Monday, officials said.
Cleco s southern district, which includes Acadiana parishes, saw the most customers lose power compared to its central and north Louisiana districts, communication strategist Fran Phoenix said.
At the height of Monday s winter storm, 11,110 Cleco customers were without power, with more than 6,600 of those located in Iberia Parish. The company has restored electricity to more than 7,700 customers statewide, leaving more than 3,300 still in the dark.
