CHARLESTON, W.Va. Things were getting back to normal in West Virginia Thursday in connection with gasoline outages.

Traci Nelson, president of the West Virginia Oil, Marketers and Grocers Association (OMEGA), said Wednesday was a “bad day” in West Virginia when it came to outages but things were better Thursday.
