Killed his wife and unborn son. It has been said that there is no honor among thieves. The Sacramento County da joined other top das in denouncing edd for failing to check inmate lists like its done and 35 other states. They also failed to check where the funds are going. There was money sent to prisons. Even names that were clearly phony were not flagged. Even names like john doe, in one case someone had the audacity to put their name as poopy purchase. Several people have been convicted but the da says even with clear evidence of fraud that edd could not take action. Under the regulations they were all bound by, they could not cut people off until we file the charges. The El Dorado County da said another cruel irony lies in the fact that those truly out of work are having problems getting through to edd. They are unable to get money because they dont know the system the way inmates do. Assemblyman Jim Patterson says he wants edd officials to testify under oath about their systemic fa
