And lick run creek in roanoke is continuing to rise as well. Rising waters from the creek have flooded the lick run greenway before at Brown Robertson park. The greenway has not flooded yet but the waters still remain high. And even thought flooding will be a concern for the next few days there is an immediate threat. City police tried to make a felony stop on a stolen car with two men inside. That car sped off leading officers on a pursuit. Eventually the driver and passenger bailed out of the car in San Francisco and thats when police shot one of the men several times. Killing him. It is unclear if that was the passenger or the driver. Police are not saying at this point whether the man who was shot had a weapon. Can you tell me if the person who was killed was armed . I cant say exactly if that person was armed or not. Just too early in the investigation. Too early in the investigation to say exactly what happened. Now, the second man who was inside that car was taken into custody by police.
