The controversial Connected Communities plan won approval from a City Council committee Tuesday. The same councilmembers will take a final vote Wednesday.
The City of Cincinnati has filed a lawsuit against REM Capital, a Florida-based company that owns five different apartment complexes in Cincinnati, according to a press release from city officials.
The lawsuit announced by city officials Tuesday claims some of the company's 850 units in Bond Hill suffer from infestations, lack of heat and running water, sewage leaks and other issues.
