The City of Cincinnati has filed a lawsuit against REM Capital, a Florida-based company that owns five different apartment complexes in Cincinnati, according to a press release from city officials.
The lawsuit requests that the court orders REM Capital to maintain its properties and appoint a receiver to improve conditions at Heirlooms of Cincinnati in Bond Hill.
