ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Lance W. Brockhouse-Dixon, 24, of 220 Brown St., Apt. 2, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. Sunday on possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia charges and on a Morgan County warrant accusing him of failing to appear in court on a burglary charge.
• A 12-year-old girl was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct at 9:24 p.m. Friday after police said she was part of a planned fight at Community Park.
• Matthew S. Breier, 29, of 438 Dorset Lane was arrested on a domestic battery charge at 2:44 p.m. Friday.
ACCIDENTS
• A 16-year-old girl was cited on a charge of failing to reduce speed to avoid an accident after the car she was driving struck one being driven by Jared C. Milby, 21, of Arenzville at 1:12 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of West Morton Avenue. The impact of the crash caused Milby’s vehicle to hit one being driven by Alexandria M. Overnight reports from Jacksonville police:
• A woman tried to steal an ambulance while it was in the 300 block of West Beecher Avenue about 10:44 a.m. Sunday. A crew was in the back of the ambulance at the time, according to reports. Police are investigating.
• Police are investigating a report by a North Prairie Street resident that someone discharged a firearm at him about 10:10 a.m. Sunday.
• Eggs were thrown at two vehicles and a house in the 300 block of Yates Street at 9:48 p.m. Sunday.
• A vacant residence in the 300 block of East College Avenue was broken into between Jan. 14 and Sunday, according to a report filed at 3:25 p.m. Sunday. Nothing was reported stolen.

• Benjamin H. Hogan, 19, of 301 W. Beecher Ave., Apt. 1103, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. Sunday on a retail theft charge after being accused of taking food from County Market at 1255 W. Morton Ave. without paying.
• Gage A. Wahl, 31, of 1726 Gravel Springs Road was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Sunday on an Illinois Department of Corrections warrant accusing him of a parole violation.

• The windshield of a car was damaged about 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of East Michigan Avenue.
