ARRESTS, CITATIONS
• Lance W. Brockhouse-Dixon, 24, of 220 Brown St., Apt. 2, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. Sunday on possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia charges and on a Morgan County warrant accusing him of failing to appear in court on a burglary charge.
• A 12-year-old girl was cited on a charge of disorderly conduct at 9:24 p.m. Friday after police said she was part of a planned fight at Community Park.
• Matthew S. Breier, 29, of 438 Dorset Lane was arrested on a domestic battery charge at 2:44 p.m. Friday.
