I just want to say that even though this has been a very difficult time, i think its also showing us ive been getting a lot of hope from youth and from what im seeing and so a senior with the school of the arts and i think that she excepexemplifies the intelligen, intellect and just the leadership that we see in so many of our youth, including those who are serving on the board with us. And i just really appreciate that shes willing to share her talent with us and i think she serves as an example for adults who should be doing everything we can to support youth. Honouring black excellence as a value in all of our schools, so i want to know what you think we should do differently. I will start a response, but i am also going to see if leticia and anthony may have anything to add and i will tell you why specifically the two of them in a moment, but first, i know you know all of this as well, but i want to provide some context for the audience. In terms of what is currently happening around that expectation for celebrating black History Month, for example, for the last couple of years now, the leadership of the organization, we pull together a toolkit, or set of resources to share with schools that identify different activities that they can take on during black History Month to properly celebrate it from the perspective of our parents.
