Election officials said the first batch of about 18,000 mail ballots are being sent to voters who requested them and should begin arriving in mailboxes next week.
The Reading Area Transportation Study (RATS) is accepting comments on the draft 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program through April, and has two public meetings scheduled to allow members of the public to review and comment on the plan before its final adoption May 16.
