We asked our colleagues internally what does that look like to you, and we actually asked everybody to put their thoughts on postit notes and think about what they think the goal of the department was and what they think they would see in the next coming years and we got everything from doodles to long thoughts written very intelligently and we went through all of these and first we looked at our global footprint. So we brought in experts in the Global Market to see how we were doing in our department and what was being done globally. We looked at what we wanted to do and what we needed to do and what was our goals for the department.
