A proposal of formulation of a policy for the return of Afghan refugees was considered during the meeting while it was also revealed that foreign diplomats held meetings without proper security arrangements. During the briefing, it was revealed that Quaid’s Mausoleum, Wazir Mansion and FJ House are facing security concerns, following which security arrangements at such sensitive locations have been bolstered.
