He did say the mayor was absolutely not talking on her cell phone at the time of the collision. The crash happened at about 5 30 this evening in west oakland. This cell phone video shows the mayor checking on the woman whose car she hit to make sure she and the 14yearold boy in the passenger seat were not hurt.
