Budgetary constraints at the Waverly Public Library resulted in staff reductions and now in changes to the library's hours of operation. The library will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays, that remains unchanged, but on Wednesdays through Fridays they will be open .
