The iowa house to expect a tight budget year. Still, he explained how his budget would target growth in a couple of areas and both involved education. The message from the says he will propose a budget that keeps the state stable and fits within a five year projection of growth. Branstad will propose an increase in k12 funding of 145million dollars. Thats growth of just under governor also highlighted a plan floated last week to extend the to School Infrastructure needs.
