The Executive Director said they’ve let go of most volunteers and much of the team’s equipment and gear ahead of the end of operations on October 30th.
13News Now has introduced the community to Water Team Inc. before. The group has spent more than a year searching for missing Hampton four-year-old Codi Bigsby.
Several community groups gathered Monday night to light Codi’s way home. Many of them searched wooded areas and neighborhoods to try and find him over the past year.
Tuesday marks a year since Codi Bigsby, of Hampton, was reported missing. It was Jan. 31, 2022, when Codi's father, Cory Bigsby, reported his disappearance.
