The woes of the water supply project are far from coming to an end anytime soon as yet another incident of massive water leakage taking place on Tuesday. The incident took place in the Hatigarh.
The Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) on Tuesday said it was addressing the leakages in the water districts outside Metro Manila which reached 488 million metric tons yearly, or about half the size of the Angat Dam.
The problem was first reported on Thursday when water was noticed leaking from the roof of the second coach from the Motorman cabin in a particular rake known as the underslung rake.
