BREMER COUNTY
Waverly-Shell Rock Community School District is holding a General Obligation Bond Special Election.
The bond vote will decide whether the District will be authorized to provide funds to improve school buildings and construct two new elementary school buildings.
Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Unofficial results: Public Measure BW passes with 72.32% voting yes. 60% was needed to pass.
Polls are open today to elect the next board supervisor for Washington County District 3, council member for the City of Washington Ward 3, and whether to continue the Highland School District’s Physical Plant and Equipment Levy (PPEL).
Polls will be open from 7 a.m.-9 p.m. at the Ainsworth Elementary School Building and Brighton Community Building for the District 3 ballot, the Ainsworth Elementary School Building and Riverside City Hall for the PPEL ballot, and the Washington YMCA Community Room for Ward 3.
