Jimmy Kimmel Live Wednesday night, you could say that most teenagers have a big mouth. But Minnesota s own Isaac Johnson really DOES have a big mouth and he has a record to prove it.
That s right, Isaac, who s 16 years old and is a student at Washburn High School in Minneapolis, made an appearance on national TV Wednesday night to show off his massive mouth. It s a mouth that also happens to hold the Guinness World Record for largest mouth gape, (and, btw, who even knew there was a world record for THAT?!?) measured when he set the record back in 2019 of 3.67 inches, according to BringMeTheNews.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Minneapolis Public Schools announced middle and high school students will return to the classroom, starting April 12.
Minneapolis is one of the last few districts to bring all of their students back for in-person learning amid the pandemic. Nearly 90 percent of school districts in the state are currently offering some form of in-person learning for all of their students.

More Minnesota students may be signing up for summer school to make up the ground they lost during this unpredictable school year.
Districts and charter schools around the state are set to receive a share of the federal COVID-19 aid package approved last month, which included $54 billion for K-12 schools nationwide. Local school administrators expect to use at least some of it to target learning loss resulting from the pandemic.
Some hope to provide additional help to students this spring with after-school and weekend programs, or additional staff. But they are also looking to create or expand their summer school offerings, programs that are typically limited to a relatively small group of students.
