The Warren Library Commission held a special meeting Thursday night and voted unanimously to increase security at the Dorothy Busch Library and institute new policies meant to curtail disruptive behavior by local students.

WARREN Operations are moving back toward normal at the Warren Public Library, one step at a time.
The latest step was the March 1 reopening of all branches with most services, safeguards and limited hours in place.
“The first day we opened, we had over 100 people come in at the Civic Center Library,” Warren Library Director Oksana Urban said. “People walked in saying we are so happy that you’ve opened. They’re coming in, checking out materials. Not too many people are staying. They’re doing a little browsing, making paper copies, printing things out of their email.
