So, i really, you know and i think that lieutenant stated that it is really Public Safety and for the tourists and everything else, and especially late night to keep an eye on that. And so i hopefully the company will do that. And we have said this a few times, and for the other instances for that particular part of the city, and along 6th street, but, you know, if you look at the more people walking through the neighborhood, adds to the security and you have more people there rather than just cops, you know having their own presence, and so i think that is really important that we are getting more people and more foot traffic in that area. Largely go unprosecuted. So in the weeks coming up, i plan to have a meeting with the District Attorneys Office to push on him and ask questions about his prosecution rate and will be moving with extreme deliberate force and swiftness on our citys approach to violence and violence prevention. As you know the budget legislative analyst tooted instituted a report and found that we spent millions of dollars on this but none of the city departments have received this money or any form of coordination. That is something that im taking on as a priority and i welcome my colleagues to join me on this. Over the years. I will be going out myself in the Homeless Count on thursday evening and look forward to that experience and will be a part of that Data Collection effort. Two of the things i know we are going to be talking about both by supervisor wiener during roll call on the passing of bob morales. I was very shocked to hear that. He was the first person i met her coming to city hall. A great person, incredibly sad to hear of his loss on a personal level but also for the teamsters as well. Then also to back up supervisor cohen and wiener on their hearing around Police Staffing levels. I look forward to participating in that as well and i will be looking forward to cosponsoring it. Its an issue of crime. Not only do we have homicide and supervisor cohen, an amazing comment that weve had since we started this meeting a few Human Resources ago. What i have heard from residents in my district. Time and again over the last years it has increased in Violent Crimes and neighborhood crimes
