Mylo Scott Dawson Spotted Horse Jr., 33, Minot, was sentenced last Wednesday to 360 days in jail, all suspended but the 10 days he already served, and three years of supervised probation for exposing children to drugs in his home on Sept. 11.
The Class C felony will be deemed a Class A misdemeanor if he successfully completes probation. Judge Todd Cresap also ordered Spotted Horse to complete a parenting class, to continue to cooperate with Ward County Social Services regarding the children and to pay $1,100 in court costs.
Mylo Spotted Horse Jr. also pleaded guilty to Class C felony criminal trespass for an incident on July 24 and was sentenced to 180 days, all suspended but the 13 days he already spent in jail, and 180 days of unsupervised probation. He must also pay $1,308.61 in restitution and have no contact with the victims in the case. If he completes probation, the charge will be reduced to a Class A misdemeanor.
