Funding was the main issue brought up during a discussion on Tuesday for Bill 220, which would pay war claims to every descendant of deceased Guam World War II survivors.
A virtual public hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. today for a bill to fund war claims for every descendant of Guam World War II survivors who died before 2016.
