Shanghai was almost flat if you look at whats happening in early trading this morning, you can see across the board there is strength. Lets go to kayla with more on that story about new numbers in terms of wells fargo. This investigation has been going on for more than a year. It cost the job of its former ceo but the bank announcing this morning that that he review is now complete they did find close to a million additional what theyre calling potentially unauthorized accounts thats up. The number is now 3. 5 million and the bank says that in addition to that they also identified about half a million points higher ten shl i unauthorized online bill pay enrollments. The bank gives more detail on how much money paid out as part of the investigation its paid or to be paid as part of the Third Party Review today. They already paid close to 4 million of compensation in july of this year and paid through a Class Action Settlement that goes back to 2002. The banks current ceo said in a press

Could you say what role the white house played, if any, in terry carter ordering the pentagon to stop recruitment recoupment of the enlistment bonuses sought from some guard members . Mr. Earnest as you know, the president makes the fair treatment of our Service Members a top priority. Officials at the department of defense and as i alluded to yesterday, the president has been pleased to see in the last 24 hours the department of defense make some specific commitments to ensuring that our Service Members are treated fairly. When a promise is made to our men and women in uniform, we should keep it. Certainly thats the view of the president.
