It is moving over very warm water. Winds are at 85 Miles Per Hour making it a category 1 and should remain as category 1 for moves into an environment to rip it apart. By the time it makes its way through the Leeward Islands should be a Tropical Storm and then makes its way to Dominican Republic by wednesday morning. These are the upper level winds that will rip the storm apar
