Delhi's upscale Khan Market is the 22nd most expensive retail high street location in the world with an annual rent of USD 217 per square feet, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
"Delhi s Khan Market features amongst the top 25 most expensive main street markets in the world. With pre-pandemic to present growth (during September quarter) at 7% and a 3% year-on-year growth in rent in terms of INR, Khan Market ranked 22nd on the coveted global main street list," Cushman & Wakefield said in a statement.
The focus will shift to tier-2 cities such as Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Kochi, Lucknow, Nagpur, Surat, Thiruvananthapuram and Visakhapatnam, the report said.
