Huge crowds of people turned up at various COVID-19 vaccination locations in Suva this morning which included Wainitarawau Road in Cunningham, Kinoya Methodist Church and Kinoya Village Hall.
In Wainitarawau Settlement, some people were seen standing in groups in long lines while others are crowded up in a tent not maintaining the 2 metres physical distancing.
Police officers and soldiers are also seen telling people to follow the COVID-19 protocols.

You would never like to be separated from your own family in an isolated hospital room, take heed of the Ministry of Health’s directives to be safe.
This was the impassioned plea made by COVID-19 case 78, the 40-year-old woman from Wainitarawau Settlement yesterday.
The woman, her husband and three of their children have recovered from the virus and are currently in another 14-day isolation at their home in Cunningham.

Permanent Secretary for Health, Doctor James Fong is confused why people moved from containment areas like Suva, Lami, Nausori, Ra, Nadi and Lautoka to non-containment areas as this was not allowed over the weekend.
Legend FM News has received reports that people from containment areas moved to places like Ba and Sigatoka. The people in those areas are fearful that some of these people could be moving with the virus.
Despite calls to shut down the main island, Fijian health authorities say there is no need to impose lockdown restrictions across Viti Levu.
The government has been urged to increase its alert level amid a surge in Covid-19 cases in the community.
But the Health Ministry said the screening and testing it had done did not warrant any specific areas past the risk threshold to trigger a lockdown.
