RESOLUTION & ORDER VACATING ROADWAY Petitioners Lisa Christopher and Ashley Wilbur of Mitchell Township, Davison County, South Dakota, presented the following Resolution and Order and moved for its adoption: WHEREAS, a Petition having been received asking that Mitchell Township vacate a border section line highway described as: That existing public right-of-way which includes the statutory right of way and any right of way acquired by Deed(s) lying on the section line on the west side of a triangle of roads occurring where East First Avenue and East Havens Avenue intersect known as Wagon Road and formerly known as Old Landfill Road, Bartscher Road, Territorial Trail Road, Territorial Trail/Wagon Road and Wagon Road; said roadway being approximately 50 feet in width and approximately 500 feet in length; that further your petitioners state that as additional information, they point out: And further said Petition being in proper form and executed by more than the required number of el
