An executive session called by the Board of Supervisors on Monday to discuss choosing an engineering firm for a proposed $60 million road project was improper, one supervisor said in recusing himself.
County officials say $12 million in recently-appropriated state funds could help move a multi-phase $100 million county roads project that includes an expansion of the Reunion Parkway and Bozeman Road forward as the county seeks further funding for the project.
