A four hour standoff in newark is over after police say a man stabbed his wife in front of her own grandson. All this starts around 11 30 this morning. The wife and grandson were able to get out of the house after inside. Eventually the 65yearold surrendered and was taken away on a stretcher. A woman was taken to the hospital where she is now undergoing surgery. No word yet about exactly what led to the initial stabbing.
