The Allahabad High Court has quashed the orders issued by Madan Mohan Malviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur, cancelling the admissions of 67 second and final-year B.Tech students for allegedly.
Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) Satish Dinkar, who is representing the CBI in the court, said that the framing of charges in two big cases has begun, however, the hearing will speed up after two months.
The court took note of the fact that the chargesheet has not been filed by police in the case and granted bail to Rai, subject to the conditions to be imposed by the trial court.
