This Police Reform legislation does that and provides clear opportunities for us to say not only do we hear you, not only do we see you we are responding to your pain. Because we in america believe that justice should be applied equally to all citizens with no exception. And when we see exceptions it is our responsibility to do something about those and this legislation helps us get there.
