Police say they found a bomb and bomb making materials in his apartment. Hes a college student. He had one or two friends but was not outspoken. The suspects home is less than a mile from carlmonts campus. He said he had played with explosives before he moved to pennsylvania. Psychologies will be on campus this morning when the first grade students of a teacher head back to school. Shes accused of giving her coworkers pot brownies in an after school activity.
