AS Vita Club coach Florent Ibenge has named the players he feels will give them trouble if they earn a starting role for Simba SC in their first group match of the Caf Champions League.
Wekundu wa Msimbazi searching for a new man to guide them in the competition and local competitions.
Simba have since appointed Frenchman Didier Gomez Da Rosa and he will handle the team in the meeting against the Congolese side.
Da Rosa has already named a travelling squad of 27 players for the clash, leaving out injured captain John Bocco and Zimbabwean striker Perfect Chikwende, who is not eligible to play, having turned out for Platinum against the same side.
However, Da Rosa will be happy to welcome back Ghanaian forward Bernard Morrison, who missed the two-legged fixture against Platinum owing to a knee injury.
The tactician went on to explain why the Black Dolphins have a slim chance of defeating the
Msimbazi-based charges. I don t see any chances of [Vita] defeating Simba this season because the latter have experienced players who have been together for a long time, Zahera continued. It is not the case with Vita who have many new players with less experience in continental assignments.

Wekundu wa Msimbazi have appointed Didier Gomes Da Rosa as the new head coach.
The veteran coach from France has been appointed to fill the space that was left by Sven Vandenbroeck, who resigned a day after leading the club to the group stage of the Caf Champions League in early January.
But despite taking up a new coaching role at FAR Rabat of Morocco, the 41-year-old tactician has dropped a piece of advice to Simba by urging them to make good use of their home ground when they start the group stage campaign on February 12.
Simba have been drawn to play defending champions Al-Ahly of Egypt, AS Vita from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Sudanese giants Al-Merrikh in Group A of the competition.
“If you look closely at the group Simba have been assigned to play in, you can clearly see they have a lot of work to do due to the quality of the teams they have been pooled to face,” Vandenbroeck said as quoted by
