An editorial from the Roanoke (Virgina) Times has been making the rounds of Idaho’s tech community, pointing to Boise’s success in nurturing its tech and entrepreneurial community and suggesting that Roanoke should follow Boise’s example, as the two cities are of somewhat similar size.
