intense music producer speaking faintly before a game i always take a nap, a pregame nap, thats a must, and then review the scatter report and just go out there and start stretching, but the pregame nap is a must. I always eat four hours before. I dont really listen to music before games cause im already so hyped up. I dont need to get more hyped up. I get taped two hours before i usually get on the court. I just have a routine and i follow that pretty good. I like to take a shower. I feel like they help me relax and just get prepared for the game.
