Bengaluru: A 32-year-old jobless man steals television sets installed in lodges in the wee hours. The man has been identified as Vijay Ashok Kale Hiremath who claimed to be on a business trip and steals TVs. Vijay work as a cab driver in Bengaluru. According to a report, the man charged for stealing TVs from hotel rooms poses as a trader. He would rent rooms and flee with televisions hidden in the bags.
According to the police, on February 9, a complaint has been filed with Upparpet Police when the TV set was found missing in Vishnu Paradise lodge. Upparpet Police have arrested a jobless man hailing from Hyderabad for allegedly committing thefts on different occasions at hotels.
