One woman was driving with her two kids when a tree fell on to her car. It was a loud crash on ton of my car and glass broke on the left hand side. I wanted my kids to be okay and they are thank god. People know it could have been worse. This is unbelievable. That is a 12 to 15 ton tree easily. If that wasnt a brick house that would not have stopped until it hit the ground. The tree that fell during the storm is likely over 100 years old. The neighborhood is dotted with trees and when Severe Weather strikes, there say fear that one will come crashing down. Springfield is dotted with old trees and its a scarey thing. We wanted it replaced and now god has replace tropical disturbance for us.
