Eric Tern is opening Takashi “The Art of Sushi” at 3300 Market St. in the borough with specialty sushi made from black “Forbidden Rice” as well as traditional sushi, teriyaki and poke bowls. The takeout restaurant with contactless pickup opens March 9 and sits behind Rite Aid in the former Violin Makers Limited. Caroline Lai, owner of a handful of Asian food establishments in central Pennsylvania including Miyako Sushi in Harrisburg, is partnering with Tern.
